The Alliance for Sustainable Food Systems and Empowered Communities (Sufosec) is conducting a mixed-methods impact study to assess the effects of agroecological interventions on food security and nutrition among smallholder households in Tanzania, Kenya, Chad, India, Nepal, and Guatemala. The ICFG has been commissioned to provide scientific and methodological support for the qualitative research component of the study. This includes developing a research protocol and analysis plan, advising on data analysis, and contributing to the integration of qualitative and quantitative findings. Drawing on eight in-depth case studies, the ICFG will produce a synthesis report on key findings from the qualitative analysis. The aim is to ensure a clear, context-aware, and reliable qualitative research process that adds value to the overall study.
