Present work
I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Interdisciplinary Center for Gender Studies (ICFG), University of Bern (Switzerland), where I am currently working on the Horizon Europe project titled "UNTWIST: Policy recommendations to regain ‘losers of feminism’ as mainstream voters". In collaboration with other members of the consortium, I investigate the role of gender in the narratives and mobilization of far-right groups across Europe. Overall, my research agenda spans a range of topics, including online political communication, propaganda, issue framing, identity, and their intersections with decision-making. In my Ph.D. project, I delved into the mechanisms driving the proliferation of political propaganda on social media, with the ultimate aim of identifying the social and cognitive factors that contribute to the likelihood of social media users sharing such content online.
